Roles and Responsibilities

Handle liabilities such as current accounts, saving accounts, and other deposit products.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling of bank’s products and services.
Manage branch operations, including cash handling, customer service, and sales.
Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or related field.
Strong understanding of Liability Products (CASA) and ability to sell them effectively.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling at the branch level.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
