Job Description
Role: Team Member – Account Modification Team
Location: Kolkata
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking operations, or client data management role, preferably within a financial services, banking, or fintech environment.
Proven, hands-on experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) processes is essential.
Demonstrated experience in handling and processing customer requests with a high degree of accuracy.
Education criteria: Graduation from recognized universities.
