Role – Transaction Monitoring Analyst

Job Description

1. The candidate is responsible for handling risk alerts that are triggered in the application.

2. The application needs to be updated with the appropriate action based on customer communications.

3.The candidate must have extensive knowledge of communication (English and Hindi preferred) for this 24/7 call process.
