We are hiring for Assistant Manager only.

We are looking at Graduates with excellent English-speaking skills and Immediate joiners are preferred.
Post Graduate freshers are also welcome.
Note :
We have 5 days working with rotational shifts and rotational week – offs
No night shift for females ( any 9hr shift between 8am to 8pm)
No transportation facility provided.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively resolving customer queries or complaints – at the first instance – with excellent customer satisfaction scores and minimum call handling time,
Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy,
Achieving Call Quality targets and other key performance indicators,
Cross-sell / upsell products like loans, mortgages, priority / elite accounts, etc.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
Graduate with 2yrs of experience and Post graduate freshers may apply.
2- 5 years of relevant experience is an added advantage
