1. Handling calls of customers

2. Cross & up selling of banking products on call.

3. Adherence to service delivery standards

4. Follow up with concern department / branches for resolution & closure.

Preferable Candidates –

1. Graduate (in any stream)

2. Fresher can apply.

3. Candidates with good communication skills

4. Age- 21 years to 34 years.
