Roles & Responsibility
Manage a team of Relationship Officers to drive field sales for Kotak 811 savings accounts.
Ensure achievement of individual and team targets through effective leadership and performance tracking.
Guide and mentor team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Conduct regular market visits and customer interactions to support team efforts.
Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable feedback to enhance results.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and documentation processes.
Promote cross-selling of Kotak 811 digital banking products to maximize customer value.
Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal process guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
3-6 years of experience in a team-handling role within the BFSI sector.
Experience in fintech or digital banking preferred.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Proven field sales experience in banking or financial services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of digital banking products and customer acquisition strategies.
Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and drive improvements.
