Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to manage our NRI portfolio. The role involves premium service delivery, revenue generation through cross-sell and up-sell, and deepening customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve revenue targets (IPG and cross-sell) from mapped NRI customers.
Provide premium customer service and manage client relationships.
Drive CASA deepening, NTB lead generation, and NDIAS services.
Cross-sell investment, asset, card, and liability products.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
Key Relationships:
Internal: Business, HR, IT, Ops, Risk, Compliance, Marketing
External: Manpower Vendors, Digital Agencies
Required Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
Knowledge of retail banking and digital channels.
Excellent communication in English and local language.
Proven lead generation and conversion abilities.
High sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
25 years of relevant experience in BFSI sector.
