About Liability Sales:
The Liability Sales department is responsible for driving the banks liability acquisition, asset mobilization, and retail forex business. With a network of over 2700 branches, the team focuses on sourcing retail and corporate deposits, salary and non-salary accounts, trust accounts, and forex business to grow the banks retail book.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Manager Sales, you will be part of the banks frontline sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new corporate salary accounts and explore new business opportunities. You will engage with employees of corporate clients to offer banking products and services tailored to their needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for corporate salary accounts by building new corporate relationships
Deepen existing corporate relationships to enhance business volumes
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
Graduate from a recognized institute
Role Proficiencies:
Strong communication skills in English and the local language
Excellent lead generation and conversion abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
