Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources
Excellent typing skills
Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
Organized and detail-oriented
Resolving Technical complex queries
Drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination
Shifts: Rotational/ Flexibility to work in night shift (24*7)
Work location: HYD – permanent work from office.
Job Description for Experienced

Designation: Senior Process Executive – Voice & Chat (Blended)
Educational Background: Minimum Graduate
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Should have prior experience of handling Calls or Chats for North America or EMEA or AU/NZ /SG – based English processes (For Customer/ Technical / Product support team)
Should have experience in handling back-to-back calls or concurrent chats (Minimum:2)
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers with customer centric mindset
Excellent documentation skills
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
