Job Description

Job Profile:

1. To engaging with customers on daily basis
2. Responding to customers with the resolution
3. Right cross sell of products basis profiling & engagement
4. Follow up with concern department / branches for resolution & closure.

5. Tele sales must required.

Preferrable Candidates:

1. Graduate (in any stream)
2. Fresher or up to 3 years of experience
3. Candidates with good English communication skills

4. Candidates with good typing speed

5. Fix Shift (9am to 6.30pm)

6. Fix week offs
