Job Description :
Ensuring high responsiveness to customers problems. Act in their best interest by providing timely and qualitative resolution to their issues.
Maintenance of relevant registers / Vouchers
Minimising Operational errors / Prevention of frauds
Ensure there are no Interest outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days
Ensure NIL Renewals pending / outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days.
Systematic calling of all NTB customers on Gold Loan and cross sell products
Generate referrals and ensuring the conversions every month
Desired Behavioral / Functional Traits :
Should be able to speak in English/Hindi/regional language
Self-presentable. Should be mobile to travel within city limits.
Should know the geographic spread of the location.
Understanding of Insurance & Banking Industry
