Role : Acquisition Manager / Premier Relationship Manager – CASA (RO 811)
Department : Retail Liabilities / Branch Banking
Location : Delhi – North/Central/ West/ South

Role Summary:
Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, ensuring account activation, balance maintenance, and cross-selling other banking products. The role is sales-focused and targets-driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and campaigns
Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and account activation
Drive usage, balance maintenance, and customer engagement
Cross-sell bank products (loans, insurance, mutual funds, etc.)
Qualifications :
Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream)
0 – 5 years of banking or financial sales experience (CASA preferred)
Driving License and own vehicle is mandatory
Interested in field sales
