Navi Mumbai: Old Panvel, New Panvel, Sanpada, Vashi, Juinagar, Nerul, Kamothe, Airoli
💼 Experience: 8–10+ Years in Retail Banking
💰 CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA – ₹25 LPA
🎓 Qualification: MBA / Postgraduate (Engineering + MBA preferred)

📌 Eligibility Criteria:
📣 Fluent English communication & professional presentation
🏦 8–10+ years in retail banking
🧑💼 Current role tenure: 1.5–2+ years (no recent promotion)
📚 Education: Postgraduate preferred (MBA / Engg. + MBA)
📈 CASA Book Requirement:
Min ₹100 Cr+ CASA book currently or in previous role (mention org)
MNC Bank Profiles: AUM + SA/CA ₹80–100 Cr acceptable
💯 Appraisal: Top 2 ratings in last 3 years
🚫 Not considering candidates from PSU, co-op banks, or small-sized banks
🏦 Sourcing Banks: HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, IndusInd Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank , YES BANK RBL Bank Kotak Mahindra Bank
🎯 Grade Fitment:
AVP: Manage ₹200 Cr+ branch
DVP: Manage ₹500 Cr+ branch
