Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and detailed- oriented professionals for our Non-Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via chat ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through live chat.
Maintain accurate records and update systems as needed.
Ensure timely resolution of issue.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements:

Comfortable working in rotational night shifts (24/7)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer knowledge
Good typing skills
