Looking for Associates for International voice Process
We are hiring candidates with excellent English communication skills for our International Voice Process.

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational/US Shift
Roles and Responsibilities
*Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers (UAE/US/ process depending on requirement).
*Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English.
*Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
*Maintain a positive, polite, and customer-friendly attitude during calls.
*Follow call scripts, process guidelines, and quality standards.
*Update customer information and call details in the system accurately.
Relevant experience- Previous experience in International Voice Process/ Freshers with Good fluency in English Language
Education- HSC/Diploma/ Graduation/PGDM
Note- Looking for Immediate Joiners or who can join within 10-15 Days
Time and Venue
2nd December – 4th December , 11.30 AM – 5.30 PM
