Roles and Responsibilities
Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident Indians (NRIs) to grow liabilities business.
Identify new sales opportunities through portfolio management, third party products, and fixed deposits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase retention rates.
Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries promptly.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking or similar role.
Strong understanding of Casa Sales, Current Account, Liability Products, Retail Liabilities, Retail Branch Banking, sales, Branch Banking, CASA/Current/Retail Banking/Liabilities/Fixed Deposits/Branch Sales/Portfolio Management/Third Party Products.
Excellent communication skills for effective relationship management with HNI/NRI clients.
