Job Description

Source new customers for home loans from open market and references.
Conduct site visits to assess property documents and verify authenticity.
Process loan applications, including income verification, credit checks, and collateral evaluation.
Ensure timely disbursement of funds after successful loan processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in housing finance or related field (home loan sales).
Strong understanding of mortgage loans against property (LAP) concepts.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.
