Role- Collections Manager- Retail Asset Collections

Reporting to- Regional Collections Manager

Opening across multiple locations PAN India .

Zone Wise Locations:

East Zone – Kolkata / Bhubaneshwar / Cuttack/ Guwahati/Dibrugarh/ Patna/ Jamshedpur
West Zone- Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad/ Indore/ Jaipur/ Jodhpur
North Zone- Delhi/ Noida/ Gurgaon/ Lucknow/ Kanpur
South Zone- Hyderabad/Vijaywada/Bangalore/ Chennai/ Visakhapatnam/Coimbatore

Collections Manager- Retail Asset Collections

Responsibilities: •

Manage collection and recovery activities for both Secured and Unsecured Portfolios. Monitor and control delinquency levels across Pre- NPA and NPA buckets . •
Drive preventive collections and early resolution strategies to avoid slippages to NPA. Manage end to end NPA accounts with structured recovery and settlement approaches •
Ensure all collection activities comply with internal policies, regulatory norms and audit requirements. • Strong knowledge of Retail Asset products and collections lifecycle. Experience in NPA resolution, legal recoveries and pre-delinquency control. • Track key metrics like DPD Reduction, roll rates and resolution effectiveness . Requirements:

Educational Qualification : Graduate/ Post-Graduate preferably in Finance / Commerce or any Management degree

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Retail Asset Collections, including exposure to both secured and IN unsecured portfolios, with significant experience in NPA and Pre- NPA management
